Terms and Conditions 3bvbx — Platform Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member") and 3bvbx ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 3bvbx platform — whether through the website, Android or iOS mobile app, or any other device — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms stated in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately and contact our support team for further assistance.

To register and use the 3bvbx platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age at least 18 years of age on the date of registration.
• Not located in any jurisdiction or region where online wagering is legally prohibited.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• No restrictions have been imposed by 3bvbx or any third-party body regarding use of the platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. 3bvbx reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time and to freeze the account until the verification process is complete. Each member is only permitted to own and operate one (1) active account at any one time. Holding multiple accounts — whether under your own name, using another person's identity, or by any other means — is a violation of these terms and may result in all accounts being suspended.

You are fully responsible for:

3bvbx is not responsible for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your own account secure. Biometric login features (fingerprint and facial recognition) are available in the 3bvbx app to enhance the security of your access.

3bvbx accepts deposits via a variety of local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other major Malaysian banks. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment channels.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit is as displayed on the platform's deposit page.
• Deposit funds must originate from a legitimate source and belong to the registered member.
• 3bvbx reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for deposits exceeding certain limits.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered under the same member's name.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Any bonus that has not met the rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled.

General Bonus Terms:

• Every bonus has a rollover requirement (wagering condition) that must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

• Each account is eligible to claim each type of bonus once only, unless otherwise stated.

The outcome of all games is final. In the event of a technical dispute such as a connection disruption during gameplay, 3bvbx will refer to the server logs to determine the accurate result. Outcomes based on server data are final and binding.

For sports betting, if a match is postponed or cancelled, all related bets will be settled in accordance with the sports betting rules in effect on the platform at that time.

The following are strictly prohibited on the 3bvbx platform and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:

• Registering more than one account under any name or by any means.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play or place bets.
• Bonus abuse in any form.
• Identity fraud or use of another individual's information.
• Attempts to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's systems and infrastructure.
• Money laundering through the betting platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

3bvbx reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any term within this document.
• Failure to provide the requested KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspicious activity or signs of fraud.
• Member-initiated request to close the account.
• Changes in regulations or laws affecting platform operations.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so via the account settings page or by contacting customer support. Any valid account balance will be returned once all verification checks have been completed.

The 3bvbx platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption at all times, 3bvbx does not guarantee that the service will always be available free of technical disruptions.

3bvbx shall not be liable for any losses arising from:

• Internet service disruptions or third-party connection failures.
• Technical failures beyond the platform's reasonable control.
• Betting outcomes made by members based on inaccurate external information.
• Losses caused by a member's failure to maintain the security of their own account.

In short, your data is used to enable platform usage, fulfill legal compliance requirements, and improve our services. Data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
